- Accuracy of Information All Members acknowledge and agree that HomeBuyers247.co is a real estate investment company, and makes no claims, promises, or guarantees about the accuracy, completeness, or adequacy of the information and data contained on the Site, and expressly disclaims liability for errors and omissions on any posted information. No warranty of any kind, implied, expressed, or otherwise is given with respect to such information. We do not endorse, support, or accredit any information. All information is published in good faith. Opinions of value / rents / repairs are given as a courtesy and no guarantees are expressed or implied. All property information is subject to errors, omissions, deletions, additions, cancellation.
- License and Copyright The content of the Site, including without limitation, its "look and feel" (e.g., text, graphics, images, logos, and button icons), editorial content, data, information, notices, software (including HTML or XML-based computer programs) and other material (collectively, the "Content"), are copyrighted and trademarked. The Content belongs or is licensed to HomeBuyers247.co. Permission to reprint or electronically reproduce any Content in whole or in part for any other purpose is expressly prohibited, unless prior written consent is obtained from us.
- LIABILITY & INDEMNIFICATION HOMEBUYERS247.CO. PROVIDES SERVICES "AS IS" AND WITHOUT WARRANTY OR GUARANTEE OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO, THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OR CONDITIONS OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE. IN NO EVENT SHALL HOMEBUYERS247.CO BE LIABLE FOR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, LOSS OF BUSINESS, LOSS OF DATA, UNSECURED TRANSACTIONS, INTERRUPTION OF BUSINESS, OR FOR INDIRECT, SPECIAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES OF ANY KIND, EVEN IF HOMEBUYERS247.CO HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES ARISING FROM ANY DEFECT OR ERROR IN THE APPLICATION. MEMBER SHALL INDEMNIFY, DEFEND REASONABLY ACCEPTABLE TO HOMEBUYERS247.CO, PROTECT AND HOLD HOMEBUYERS247.CO HARMLESS FROM AND AGAINST ANY AND ALL CLAIMS, LIABILITIES, LOSSES, COSTS, DAMAGES, EXPENSES, INCLUDING CONSULTANTS` AND ATTORNEYS` FEES AND COURT COSTS, DEMANDS, CAUSES OF ACTION, OR JUDGMENTS DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO MEMBER'S USE OF HOMEBUYERS247.CO'S SERVICES.

HomeBuyers247.co ("HomeBuyers247," "we," "us," or "our")
By visiting HomeBuyers247.co, you, the living man or woman, natural person, sui juris, in esse, not the ens legis, become a "Member," of a private Trust Agreement ("Terms of Service") whereby HomeBuyers247.co offers certain products or services to our Members, conditioned upon you agreeing to the "Agreement," of which, any updates shall be posted here for Members to review.
Member accepts these Terms of Service by using HomeBuyers247.co's website (the "Site") or any services, information, goods, content, or products made available through the Site (each a "Service" or, collectively, the "Services"). These Terms of Service are subject to change by HomeBuyers247.co, in its sole discretion, at any time, without prior notice to our Members. Your continued access to or use of the Site or the Services after such changes have become effective constitutes your conclusive acceptance of the modified Terms of Service.
Upon registration or subscribing as a Member, you self-select a username, password, security PIN and any other account security credential(s). It is your responsibility to maintain the confidentiality of that information, as you will be responsible for all activity transacted under that username and password through the Site. If you believe your username, password, or any other information have been compromised, you should change them immediately via the Site and contact Customer Support Team.
Members affirm that all of the information Member provides to HomeBuyers247.co, including but not limited to, contact information, whether through the Site or otherwise, is accurate and complete. Member also agrees to update HomeBuyers247.co with current and accurate information, if at any time the information Member provides to HomeBuyers247.co changes. Failure to do so could result in the termination of membership.
If at any time HomeBuyers247.co believes, in its sole discretion, that the Member has violated any provision of these Terms of Service, HomeBuyers247.co may immediately terminate Member's membership and all other Services without any right of Member to a refund or other remedy. Such termination will not limit any other right by HomeBuyers247.co under this private contract.
THE INFORMATION CONTAINED ON OUR SITE IS FOR ENTERTAINMENT AND EDUCATIONAL PURPOSES ONLY; NOTHING PRESENTED WITHIN THESE PAGES SHALL BE MISCONSTRUED AS PROVIDING LEGAL OR FINANCIAL ADVICE; ALL MEMBERS ACKNOWLEDGE AND AGREE THEY ARE FULLY ADVISED TO SEEK WHATEVER PROFESSIONAL LEGAL AND/OR INVESTMENT ADVICE THEY MAY DEEM NECESSARY IN ORDER TO ACHIEVE THEIR DESIRED GOALS; AND THE SAME SHALL INDEMNIFY AND HOLD HARMLESS HOMEBUYERS247.CO FROM ANY AND ALL CONSEQUENCES, RESULTING FROM ACTIONS TAKEN DUE TO THE CONTENT, IN WHOLE OR IN PART, CONTAINED HEREIN.
IN NO EVENT SHALL HOMEBUYERS247.CO, OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES OR AGENTS, BE LIABLE FOR: THE GREATER OF LOSSES OR DAMAGES IN EXCESS OF THE AMOUNT OF MEMBERSHIP FEES, IF ANY, ACTUALLY PAID BY MEMBER WITHIN THE TWELVE MONTHS PRIOR TO THE CLAIM.
